Dividend policy

Throughout its history, United Bankers Plc has distributed a good dividend. The company’s dividend policy is to distribute at least 70 per cent of the earnings per share or cash flow per share as dividends. The company’s goal is to pay an annual dividend on a regular basis. The payment of dividends and their amount and payment period depend on the company’s future performance, financial position, cash flow, investments, solvency, cyclical fluctuation and other factors.

Dividend per share

The distribution of funds for 2023 is EUR 1.00 per share (a dividend of EUR 0.50 and an equity repayment of EUR 0.50). The funds will be distributed in two instalments.
